The Lodge at Blue Lakes
is a historic resort on scenic Blue Lakes with
21 units. Our total remodeling in 2005 reflects
a major construction and decorating project that
was committed to quality, service and distinctive
tastes. We feel rewarded every time a guest says,
"Your rooms are equal to the best rooms I've
EVER stayed in" or "My visit here was
top-notch...first-class"! And one of our
favorite comments: "I planned on staying
one night, but stayed five days instead!"
Use your imagination to select the room best suited to your taste.
Choose from our luxury rooms such as Deluxe Jacuzzi room with fireplace featuring a whirlpool tub, or a Queen Jacuzzi Room with a standard whirlpool tub, kitchenette rooms, or
mountainside and lakeside rooms. A canopy bed
is available in our Jacuzzi rooms.
Rooms include retro
designed bathroom fixtures and pedestal sinks
in the bathrooms. Travertine designed tile floor
in baths, colorful wall paint treatments and linens.
Distinctively styled light fixtures and mirrors
add a final, warm touch of elegance.
On the lake, fish
right off our dock or use the boat ramp to launch
your own boat to catch Bass, Lake Trout, Catfish
or Blue Gills. (The lake is stocked monthly by
the Department of Fish and Game.) Blue Lakes are
spring fed and are among the cleanest lakes in
California. Since the speed limit is 5 miles an
hour, you are ensured of a quieter vacation than
most other lakeside resorts. You will only have
to get used to the occasional sounds of crickets
or birds wafting across the water on a light breeze
of fresh mountain air.
