  • 3 hours use of the venue from 12 nn – 3 pm during Wedding Day
  • Use of chairs and tables for up to 40 persons
  • Bride and Groom to bring all their own decorations, cake, officiant, photographer, DJ, wedding coordinator, table linens, chair covers, favors and food
  • Prepaid hosted bar with beer, wine & spirits served by our bartender for a guaranteed $500 additional charge
  • Complimentary 1-hour set up and decoration prior to the event
  • Complimentary parking for wedding party and guests

Our Special Events Center is our most popular wedding venue at The Lodge at Blue Lakes, especially for couples seeking a more formal yet relaxed atmosphere.

  • Use of Special Events Center on Wedding Day from 4 pm – 9 pm
  • 2 hours for set up and decoration prior to the rehearsal
  • Use of Waterfront Deck on Rehearsal Day from 5 pm – 6 pm
  • Use of Blue Lakes Courtyard BBQ Grills on Rehearsal Day from 5 pm – 8 pm
  • Free parking for all guests
  • Use of tables and chairs for 50 to 80 persons
  • Bride and Groom to bring all their own decorations, cake, officiant, photographer, DJ, wedding coordinator, table linens, chair covers, favors and food
  • Prepaid hosted bar with beer, wine & spirits served by our bartender for up to $500 additional charge

How much are the wedding packages?

If you book at least 6 guest rooms for a minimum of 2 nights, you can avail the following packages:

  • Waterfront Wedding Package at $1,500
  • Exclusive Rustic Wedding Package at $3,500

If you book at least 12 rooms for a minimum of 2 nights, the Exclusive Rustic Wedding Package will be $2,500 only.

The renter pays a guaranteed additional charge of $500 for the hosted bar with beer, wine & spirits served by our bartender. The renter is also required to provide a $500 security deposit, government taxes and service charge.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The resort offers two venue locations for weddings:

  • Outdoor venue – Waterfront Deck
  • Indoor venue – Special Events Center

Yes, we provide free parking for all your guests staying and attending the event.

We offer a 1-hour setup and decoration before the event, a bottle of sparkling wine for the Bride and Groom, and the classic vintage car as a backdrop for photoshoots. For your Rehearsal Day, you can use the Waterfront Deck from 5 pm – 6 pm only, and also use our barbecue grills to celebrate at the end of the day.

Yes, The Lodge is the perfect home base for an incredible staycation. You can cruise across Blue Lakes on our environmentally friendly boats and yachts, swim to your heart’s content in our crystal clear lake, you can go on a hike and explore our mountain vistas, you can kayak, paddleboard, birdwatch, barbecue, stargaze and so much more!

Yes, you can create your theme and bring in your decorations so as long as you follow these guidelines:

  • Display items may not be affixed to any walls or ceiling with nails, staples, or tape in order to prevent damages from occurring.
  • All candles must be housed in appropriate holders. No tapered candles/ candelabras are permitted.
  • The use of confetti, rice & glitter are not permitted on the premises.
  • Personal wedding signs set-up on highway/ roads must be removed the day after the wedding.

If a cancellation occurs and the date is filled with an equivalent event, the deposits paid to date will be 90% refunded. If The Lodge at Blue Lakes is unable to fill the date, no deposits will be refunded. Cancellations must be in a written notice.

Because of our existing license and insurance, you cannot bring your own bartender and drinks. The Lodge at Blue Lakes can provide a bartender with a guaranteed additional charge of $500 for the hosted bar with beer, wine & spirits.

Yes, in fact, we encourage you to bring your decorations. To protect Blue Lakes, we require you to remove your decorations after the wedding event. Failure to comply will result in a $250 cleanup fee. Please also be guided by the following:

  • Display items may not be affixed to any walls or ceiling with nails, staples, or tape in order to prevent damages from occurring.
  • All candles must be housed in appropriate holders. No tapered candles/ candelabras are permitted.
  • The use of confetti, rice & glitter are not permitted on the premises.

Our venue space can accommodate at least 50-80 guests.

Three hours use of our Waterfront Deck from 12 nn – 3 pm during Wedding Day while five hours use of our Special Events Center from 4 pm – 9 pm. No, you cannot extend after 9 PM. However, you can start earlier than 4 PM and the cost is $500 per hour.

Yes, our Exclusive Rustic Wedding Package includes the use of the Waterfront Deck on Rehearsal Day from 5 pm – 6 pm. If you want to have your Rehearsal Dinner, please email us so we can check availability.

Yes, we provide the catering service from our Preferred Vendors for both Rehearsal Day and Wedding Day. The wedding specialist can give you the list.

Yes. But unfortunately, we don’t offer it in our wedding packages. You can bring your own DJ or live band. There is a 10 pm noise curfew.

No, the room cost is separate from the venue rental cost of the wedding package.

Renter should take care of the clean up of the Waterfront Deck and Blue Lakes Courtyard on the Rehearsal Day. The Lodge Team will take care of the clean up of the Special Events Center after the event. We require you to remove your decorations after the wedding event.
